Prakash holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and brings 17 years of expertise on the sector of entrepreneurship promotion, private sector development, value chain, access to finance and market system of agriculture, forestry, livestock and renewal energy sector which are the largest contributor to local economies of developing countries. Prakash also holds professional trainings such as, International Training Program on Entrepreneurship for Small Business Promoters / Trainers organized by National Institute of Small Business Development India, Micro Finance Distance Learning Course, a blended learning course designed by United Nations Capital Development Fund, World Bank and Asian Development Bank Institute Japan and an online course on “Financing for Development” organized and managed by the World Bank. He has worked with large number of stakeholders and market actors including bank and financial institutions, I/NGOs, government officials, business membership organizations and academia for leveraging, influencing, sustainability and systemic changes. Swikriti is a young, innovative and experienced management expert who holds Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Kathmandu University School of Management. She has a demonstrated history of working in enterprise development in Nepal. She has expertise in Marketing Research, Brand Management, Management Consulting, Business Planning, Project Management, Proposal Development, Report Writing, Content Development, Monitoring and Evaluation. She is passionate about working in the areas of Women Economic Empowerment, and has a sound expertise and experiences of working in designing, managing and implementing projects related to enterprise development, women economic empowerment, safer migration, remittance and improved livelihoods.
Bhim is a graduate of Business Studies and holds master’s degree in Rural Development from Tribhuwan University of Nepal. He has more than 15 years of experience in managing cooperatives, medium and small scaled agro-enterprises. He has intense knowledge on agriculture value chains in Nepal, like vegetables, fruits, cereals and vegetable seeds, diary, honey, cardamom, rice and other agriculture value chains. He has an interest and expertise in financial management, business planning, cooperative management and enterprise development. Bhim has a passion to work for agriculture SMEs development in Nepal, and wants to leverage his knowledge and expertise in this sector.
Man Bahadur is an Enterprise Development Expert with more than 17 years of experience in Sustainable Livelihoods and Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development in Nepal. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University. He is a master trainer of Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), a Business Management training certified by ILO. He has experience of entrepreneurship development, business management, market promotion, monitoring and institutional development of micro entrepreneurs by forming micro entrepreneurs group association. He has contributed to uplifting the livelihoods of different groups of people like rural and disadvantaged group, people living with HIV AIDS, people who use drugs, armed group of Terai region and discharged youth from Maoist cantonment.
Rajendra is a young researcher who brings in abundant experiences of working and managing Agro-enterprises. He holds master degree in Organic Agriculture. He had worked as researcher for 3 year at University of Hohenheim and has 5 years of experience in managing livelihood and enterprise development project. He has expertise in developing sustainable enterprises. He envisions to induce and embrace change in the field of Nepali agriculture system through the promotion of organic and sustainable agriculture.

Rigendra Khadka brings 17 years of experience in the field of humanitarian and development sectors programme. He brings high level of insights to project designing and implementation, especially in the areas of food security, livelihoods, economic justice and enterprise development. He holds master's degree in Development Studies of Agriculture and Environment sciences from Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
Mahendra holds Master’s degree in public health and brings in more than 25 years of experience and skills in managing all level of multiple program and projects in Public Health, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Enterprise Development Program (EDP) management etc. He brings in solid experiences of managing partners including NGOs, enterprises, cooperatives and private sector service providers and providing strategic directions and guidance for their capacity enhancement and growth. He has the expertise in identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals to donors, and coordinating with relevant national, provincial and local Government, private sectors, non-Government partners and internal stakeholders. He also has practical experience in implementing advocacy and Right Based programming, applying women empowerment approaches, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion perspectives, Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction measures in Livelihoods and Water and Sanitation programs.
Renuka brings more than 15 years of experience in the areas of work that includes uplifting poor and marginalized women, and gender equality and social inclusion. She has led several programs focusing on governance, women's leadership and empowerment, Dalit rights, gender and inclusion and violence against women and girls (VAWGs) gender based violence. She is very passionate about the issues of women and the excluded groups, which has always been in the Centre of the programs and as a key priority and focus for her. Renuka holds MA in Sociology and Anthropology and is a graduate of development studies.
Bimala Chapagain is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an MBA graduate. She is a financial management expert who brings in 25 years of experience overseeing Financial management, Human Resource management, administration and logistics operations for prominent organizations. She has led the development and implementation of policies and procedures – including those focused-on partner capacity and risk assessment, fund management and procurement, established a due diligence system for quality assurance for donor contract management. Bimala comes with a breadth of experience in leading Finance, HR and Administration functions in the development sector. She is popular in staff engagement, talent management and people development. Bimala is value driven, and comes across as an astute business and people focused leader with a very engaging manner.
Ram is an experienced finance and logistic professional with more than 18 years of working experiences in the development sector. Working with different development agencies at different level, Ram has gained high level of knowledge in operations of the organization. Financial planning, budgeting, accounting, analysis and interpretation of financial transactions, procurement, fleet, asset management, warehouse management are some of the key areas of this expertise. Ram holds master’s degree in Management and Social Science.
